We do not often review products or services but our recent experience with Custom Coastal Services warranted doing so. Company president Kevin Thomas was very professional and thorough with his presentation for installing a Whole House Emergency Generator and Surge Protection System. Not only was the price fair, he met or exceeded the material delivery, installation, and inspection dates. All went without a hitch. We feel grateful that we were able to find this contractor. We highly recommend this company.

It is rare that I take the time to write a review, but Kevin Thomas and his team deserve it. I am beyond happy with the quality of their work, professionalism, pricing, and integrity. We had a 22KW Generac installed at our home here in New Smyrna Beach. We also had Kevin and his team run a gas line to the back of our home for our gas grill. They also installed a surge protector on our entire home. These types of things are not cheap so be prepared. However, you get what you pay for. Thank Kevin for helping us set everything up online and the warranty registration as well. We are now looking to add the same systems to our real estate office with Kevin and his team.

I would contract with Custom Coastal Services again in a heartbeat! Kevin Thomas installed our Generac 22kW generator last week and he was a pleasure to work with. Kevin takes pride in his work; he is extremely professional, courteous, punctual and his rates were very competitive (I received two other quotes). We are having Kevin maintain/service our generator going forward. - If you are considering a Generac, do yourself a favor and include Custom Coastal in your search!
